Sell/encashment of physical shares

Sir,

I have 400 physical shares of adithya aquaculture ltd. I bought on

IPO 1994 and now want to sell. But i checked & found company is not

listed in exchange. I made letter to regd. office

somajiguda, hyderbad on jul 10 but not yet replied. Plse let me know

how I can sell or encash.
