I have visited PNB Patparganj on 23.2.2011 and tried to withdrawn money of Rs.6000/- from ATM ID No. N2 151800 but due to problem in ATM Machine could not get the money and the said amount also debited from my Bank of Baroda saving account. My S.B.A/c No. 21290100025642. I have also lodged complaint to my bank, but the status is shown as 'successful transaction'.
You are kindly requested to please look into the matter and arrange to credit the above said amount to my account.
