Regarding Tatkal ticket booking at Palwal Station

Dear sir/madam,

i was in the line for the Tatkal ticket at Palwal reservation counter and i was thinking that i will get the ticket easily. but as soon as counter opened due to setting between agents and booking clerk, i did not get the ticket while i was in the line from 3am. A police cop was there and he was also booking some tickets without line that man also misbehaved with me and other peoples and he did not wear his name plate. please take some action against those
