NSC 6th issue
Missing nsc

Dear Sir,

Sub: Nsc number 44EE230518/ date of issue-17.03.Reg. number- 19181/Maturity date-17.03. Rs 10, 000

With due respect I am to inform you that the above mentioned NSC was missing and accordingly, I lodged a complain to the Sub-Postmaster Golpark P.O, Kolkata-700019 on 18.03.2010 along with all necessary documents and Police FIR copy. I have done all official formalities as per requirements.

Under this situation I am sorry to inform you that the Postal Department could not issue the fresh NSC against the above mentioned lost certificate till date.

I would request you to kindly take up this matter with the higher officials, so that my problem is resolved at your earliest. Waiting for your early reply and necessary action.
