I had applied for pan card in 2007 and i got the pan number also.but till today i did not got the pan card.my pan no. is-AZGPK4706L.after waiting long time i again applied in 2008 but there was no response from your side.then i again applied for duplicate pan card and the acknowledgement no is 074260100002701.the address proof is driving licence and the address mentioned on driving licence is as follows-

given in 2007 when i applied in2007.i am working as a development officer in LIC OF INDIA.i am facing lot of problems in filing my return and other investment.please look into my matter seriously and if i dont get my pan card in 7 days i will complain to the senior authority.
