NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARDS

I have through registered post sent you 2 applications for PAN Cards. One belonging to my Mother. Mrs. Bharathi R Kunder and another, of my Son, Shashank Kumar Karkera on 17th July along with the NSD PAN Cheques bearing nos 742014 and 742015 both dated 17th July, for Rs. 94/- each drawn in favour of ' NSD PAN' on Mogaveera Co-op Bank, Kurla, Mumbai which was cleared on 25th of July.

I am desperately trying to contact you over the phone no. you have stated in your website, which is continously engaged.

Kindly let me know the status of the PAN Card applied for.
