Donot change my defacted battery

I kuldeep gupta sethi gali farrukhabad (ph.9369345508) purchase an okaya battery model no. 30m*sl500t s.l no.u2215182323 date 03-08 with 36month gurrentte.but company person cannot replace my defacted battery.he took away defacted battery from my office by date 07-05.PLEASE SORT this problem within two day.other wise i will take legal action.
