I am a resident of Uttam Nagar (West Delhi) and purchased a OKAYA battery from METRO Batteries & Inverter Opposite Metro Pillor No. 660 on 17 Feb. And from 17 Feb till date OKAYA had replaced the Battery 3 times and still there is some problem in the battery. The battery is not charging the Inverter properly due to which we are facing various problems. We don't get any power back up in case of power failure. I am totally frustated with the kind of services OKAYA is providing and I strongly advise people out there not to go for OKAYA batteries.
