This claim is put up by me for my daughter Miss Gunjan Pare. Before admitted in the hospital she is going under treatment more than 10days. due to continue fever
Dr. Mukesh Khapra MD is decided for hospitalization. After going many-many investigation and trial treatment Dr. diagnose that she is suffering with T B (Tuberculosis) and Dr. start a two month treatment and it will go up to approx. nine month.
I filed the claim without the submission of more bill like two month treatment bill because I thought it will put up for 2nd time.
and after granted I come to know that it was rejected and reason given behind that I was submitted only one years policy and no further treatment related documents.
Sir, now I am going to again submit my documents.
This in view of above case I bag to say that I am having health insurance policy since last many years from Oriental Insurance Co. few years details are:-

I am ready to go for that.
But still that TPA and oriental insurance co is not going to consider my claim. Sir my view is that how patient, parents and Dr. can understand without investigation.
