Non Dispersal of Cash from ATM

Dear Concerned,

This is to inform that I, Abha Sharda, am having a Savings (Salary) Account in Lovely Professional University branch, Phagwara (Punjab). On 11th December i swiped my OBC ATM Card at State Bank of Patiala ATM (Aman Nagar, Near KMV College, Jalandhar) for withdrawl of money. I made 3 attempts but cash is not released out of ATM and showed 'Sorry Unable to Process'. Next day i went to bank to check my account balance then i found that the amount got deducted and cash was not dispersed. I am having the ATM customer advice for all transactions as proof. Kindly look into the matter.
