Dear Neetu,
This is a long time pending issue. Pls refer the appended mail and help
this advisor on this.
The mentioned advisor given two policies of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain of Rs-
50
lacs and 25 lacs in July. Policy numbers- 000692742 and 000692744.
As
per him a commission cheq of Rs- 7, 50, 000/- was sent to branch for
handing
over, but due to some reason it was asked by HO not to hand over the cheq
to him. Advisor is confirming that he has not received his cheq. Branch
is
not having any record for this.
Now what ever commission he is eligible to get, is deducting from this
amount as the commission statement is showing Rs- 750000/- is as
negative.
Kindly arrange to check the status of this cheq whether the same is
debited
from the account.

the month of July and now the same is being deducted from my
commission since july to onwards against AGENCY NO. 620435 &
621014.
1) Policy no.000692742 Ashok kumar jain issue date 15/07/06 of rs.50
lacs.

2) Policy no.000692744 Ashok kumar jain issue date 24/07/06 of rs.25
lacs.
commission rs.250083.33
THEW POLICY WAS WITHDRAWN BY THE CLINET ON 07-AUG-07 AS PER YOUR RECORDS
AND
THE COMMISSION WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY AGENCY CODE NO. 620435 & 621014,
WHICH WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME BY ANY OF THE OFFICE BEARER...
AT THAT TIME MR. PRABHAT KISHORE WAS MY BRANCH MANAGER AND
MR. AMRISH GOYAL (REGIONAL HEAD) THEY KNOW THAT THE COMMISSION CHEQUE
WAS
NEVER GIVEN TO ME...
YOU CAN CHEQUE THE ACCOUNTS RECORDS.
YOUR GOOD SELF ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY REFUND MY COMMISSION WHICH WAS
BEING
WRONGLY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT SINCE 2006...

year even after my lots of personnal visits and also written complaints
on the same. Your goodself are requested to kindly do the needful as
early as possible... One year time is too much long for paying the
commission to an Agent. Also I had not yet received the Commission of my
