Agreement period completed but not getting amount

Dear sir/Madam,

I am field officer in your company. in osmanabad division. I have take one policy of my agent before last 7 years. so in last year, I have provided all necessary document with policy agreement to my senior madam, so that she can fillled that document in company, i can get policy amount as early as possible. but from last 1 and half year, She always ignore this agreement issue. My client daily asked me about what is happen about the agreement. Now when I asked her at last month, she told me, that she told to officer of delhi office and delhi officer told her that you need to resubmit all necessary document to the company. So, I really need help. what should I do.? and I request her that, give me document submit number, but then also, she ignore me and not give me that number.? please help me.
