Deduction of Rs.40

Dish-TV Upgraded gold pack to gold saver pack without my permission. Then deducted Rs. 40 to change gold saver pack to gold pack. Customer service is very bad. To contact customer care for once mince spend Rs. 15/20. Can you give answer by e-mail? I am thinking about to say Dish-TV good by.
