Oriental Insurance Company Not responding for my newly stolen bike claim

Dear Team,

This is kindly inform that i have purchased a new bike Bajaj pulser in Nov'09 and bike was insured under oriental Insurance Company limited under the policy number 271700/31/7471 and bike number was UP-16Y-4401 My motor cycle was stolen on 25th December. For the same i have already submitted all the requested documents including same days police intimation report, FIR report, FIR final report and all other required papers.

While talking to them for my claim initially they told that as per the policy you have not given the written intimation letter to our main office with in 48 hours of bike stolen so your claim will not be processed.

Later they said that as you have not informed us with in 48 hours so only 75% of the insured amount can be processed.

when i was not agreed on 75% on the amount (total amount insured is 57983/- Rs) they have stopped responding.

I have send them final legal notice of 20 days to there head office (A-25/27 Oriental house, Asaf Ali road New Delhi 110002) through registered post from Noida on 21st July to settle down my claim but till now 1 month passed already and there is no response from oriental insurance so i have decided to file the complaint against Oriental Insurance Company as its already 8 month passed and i m waiting for my claim.

Please help me in this as soon as possible.
