I am not received my pancard from six months

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PAN on 28th May & gave my old address to receive the same, now there is a change in addres & have not received the PAN till today.

new address: 304, Millenium star building, Dholepatil Road, Pune-411001.

Kindly advise.
