Non delivery of PAN cards

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a private PAN card agent in my city. On 07-05 I have recived a call. The person on call asked to collect my PAN cards from Amritsar. They are not able to deliver PAN cards on mentioned address. It creates a big problem to me. Give some solution of this problem???
