Pan Card not received

Hi,

I have applied for PAN card on May But i have not received card till now.

When I tried to track my pan card on http://inconsumercomplaints.com/complaints/pan-card-office-c508990.html Site it’s showing Status as CARD DESPATCHED, but I have not received till date.

Can any one please reply to me for what is the next procedure to collect this card or duplicate card.
