expressit world wide couriers on the 1st of july 11, The courier-man did not take the trouble of enquiring from literate folks, as i am living in a colony that has mostly people from Bihar or UP.Above all they are all Hindu labourers, and the men folks go for their daily wages, what can you expect from the women folks? would they know my name Keith John Alan Lobo? certainly not, since i am known as Angreji Babu.
This is the same thing that happened to the postman, since i deal with the e-mail, for coresspondence. I admit they did send it 2ice, but the fault remains not with my address or anybody in particular, but the system. But i must state that i have mailed the pan-card division a number of times and related my greivence over and over again,
The tacking shows that it has been last handed down to the in-come tax office pune

I have infirmed the concerned office a number of times on this matter, but have not received any news from their part.
