I have applied for PAN CARD on date 29 th jully on 16 th aug they dispatch by courrier of first flite courrier servicec but till time i dont got the pan card, I have try to contact the customer care of pan card department by phone by mail but thye dont have the right information about courrier services, only they know sending by the courier but they dont know the courrier service is not available in rural area the FFL send to the Akola then They Come to know missrout send then they again come back mumbai origin placed then without conformation they again send it to nagpur FFC office they send to khamgaon but invain they again say courrier services not delliver in village area then again send it back to nagpur. The executive of the First Fliet Courrier are very bad manner not reccive phone cut phone, very poor service by mumbai office 022-39506026 but invain invain invain till time i dont got my pan card because of the worst services of Pan Card Department And the FF courrier service you can chech it ZB4741177 and B55388491 NOw i suggest to the both stupid services send me by Speed post only as possible as soon and teach your mannerless executive how to talk with client
