AFTER 20 DAYS (BEFORE I GOT USER TD & PASSWORD FROM HEAD OFFICE)
YET NO FACILITIES IS ACTIVATED FOR NET BANKING
NO PROPER SOLUTIONS FOR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS THEY FOUND
EMPLOYEES SO CARELESS ABOUT COSTOMERS,
I HAVE SEND LAST MAIL TO THEM IS AS BELOWS...!!
I, Shreeram Godbole, Savings account holder at Khopoli (raigad) Dist-Maharashtra branch, account # 2311000100076106, customer @151833332, declare the permanent closure of all my accounts and dealings with your bank as reaction to recurring poor service form your employees.
I have received service regarding the internet banking activation which cannot be explained in words milder than horrible. This is also an official written complaint that I am registering. Though I don not expect any kind of assistance on the issue hereafter, this mail is just a notification of the incapability & inefficiency your employees possess at the branch. If you think you have value for your customers, look into the matter and make sure you don't lose anymore customers.
