On 06 May there is a statement noticed on my pass book which says ATM EXCESS DRAWAL 0 AND ERRONEOUSLY DEBITED AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 15, 000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) on my account Number which I brought to the attention of Branch Manager Tirukkoyilur, in written petition on few days later. On scrutinizing my account details, the manager told me that, “It was erroneously deducted by networking problem, the same problem happened to so many other peoples also, I should wait for some days upto the issue gets resolved by the higher resources. Moreover he told me that “The amount would be credited onto my account with interest on resolving”.
Now, it is more than two years I am waiting for the issue getting resolved, but NO ACTION / RESPONSE SO FAR, number of times I approached the Branch manager regarding this issue, every time he scrolls the same statements.
Hence I am intended to take this issue to your kind considerations, I came to know from several people that you are the only source to get this issue resolved. In view of the above facts may I request your personal indulgence on the above mentioned facts, scrutinize the actual problem and credit the erroneously debited amount of Rs. 15, 000/- (Rs fifteen thousand only) with interest on said account Number - 11222037981.
An expedite action is requested under intimation to my above mentioned address.
