DELAY IN OPENING OF DEMAT ACCOUNT

A very long delay in opening of Demat account

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had applied for Demat account in April'11 in SBI, Bhandara Branch, Bhandara 441905 in the guidance of SBI Demat A/c executive Mr. Ramteke and handed over the form to him. After One month he intimated me that in demat opening form rejected due to missing of documents. In May'11 again after proper filling the form & with proper documents i handover to him.

Now after approx 4 months, my SBI demat A/c is still to open and now your executive Mr. Ramteke not responding to my calls. His behavior is just damaging the image of State Bank of India in my mind. So, I request you to take needful action against him. and advice me that should i go for other demat a/c products. In other companies my demat a/c may be opened in one week time only.

I am also contact branch officce, Bhandara but no use.

I am waiting for your response.
