Complaint against automatic recharge

Dear sir,

my acount has been automaticaly recharge with Rs.14 on yesterday night 27-feb. I wanted to know that how it has been done. I have also called your customer service but nobody was listening my problem and they did't give me a complaint number. Only that is the reason i am going to mail you.plz take some immediate action and reply me as soon as possibe.my cell no.is 9716476916.
