myself Frankline Augustine i have paid lic premium regularly through cash and cheque, which details are as under :

Policy No. Premium Paid

2) 385962736 6805/- yearly

3) 385420712 10000/- yearly

4) 385962728 10000/- yearly

Therefore, I hereby request you to kindly provide the premium receipt of above policies during the period from 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2009 immediately.
