Ipl cricket updates is not activated from my side. without my permission that service is activated and the amount was deduced from my account.i talk to customer care excutives and make a complain (complain no is 1 1822041636). After 48 hr they said ur case is solve this service was activated by you.when i said him give me the detail what is my response so that u activate the service?
in that situation they said this service is activated with two ways
1.either they call me and i said yes for the service (i did not do so)
2.or i send sms (that was also not done by me)
plz add my complain and return my amount in my account.
