Hi Sir/Mam,
Last year in May I had made settlements against my 2 Credit Cards & 1 personal loan. I have received NOC from the bank and also all my credits are being reflected zero by the banks.
Also I am running 1 personal loan and 1 car loan since 3years and with all successful & timely EMI's
Now I have applied for a personal loan and bank reverted with approval of loan & confirmed that the CIBIL is clear during the approvals. Today was my loan disperse day but I recieved call that the loan cannot be dispersed as CIBIL has reported 2 more settlements against credit cards and Bank needs proof & reason for the settlement.
I would like to share that I have been clutched in hands of CIBIL with false reporting of my credit report. Can you please suggest that how shall I can solve this issue with CIBIL? Also can you suggest that is there any legal or judiciary way to resolve this issue permanently with CIBIL.
