I have taken a loan from City Financial in the Year of 2008 and i have been playing for a long time, I requested City Financial to have a meeting arranger to SETTLE this account 15961198, and from the month of FEB i have been waiting and every month starting the agent calls and i keep telling them ask some one to come and meet me.
Every month different agent from City Financial calls and they are not updated about the past conversations.
This month the month of April an agent calls me from a outsourced vendor from City Financial and that agent is not from City Financial . as soon as i received the call i asked him if he was calling from City Financial or from and collection agency . he for more than 4 times he proclaimed he was from CITY FINANCIAL (miss guiding the Customer) And spoke very hard and There is no sign of Manners or respect for human being,

Me - Why are you Calling me?
Agent - I called you for your Payment.
ME - I have already spoken to one of your co-worker about the settlement and he said he would come and meet me. So i dont want to talk to you.
Agent - For the money you give we cant have our managers to come and meet you.
Me - I cant talk to a person who is not directly from City financial, so pls hang up!
and i hung up.
The guy calls me for more than 3 time when i am at work and speaking very cheap pro-fain Tamil dialects and behaved very cheap.
I would like to know, i have been paying more than what i took from City Financial and Ive been a customer who pays on time and they also in between called and reduced my rate of interest. I appreciated all that but cannot tolerate the way your agency that you have set up work.
They are very Cheap, Filthy people speaking pro fain language with customers. I am sending in a mail to all the people in-charge and i have attached their email ID's long with this complaint, I need to know what are they going to do about this Agent!
