I received a call from 911166034300 on 21.08. discuss and conversation on phone, he offered discount card without any charges, fee & taken my citi bank credit card details.
Next day they deducted Rs.4964/- from my Citi Bank card, without my approval. I have not yet received any card till date. Now, how can i get my money back.
Request for necessary action in this regard. I think Plat5 Consultancy pvt. is cheating normal pleople.
