Not receive of pli bond/document

Sir, i am LAC T K GIRI, TRADE-ELEC (E) FITmy traniee no -8816441-A&service no-939535-T.Serving in iaf from 01 oct. I had taken pli When iwas at training at 405AFS BELGAUMBANGALORE with premium Rs950per month. This is automatically deducted from my salary but now it is about 2 yrs.
