Complaint: Account Related - Erroneous credits&debits in account
Message: I had taken PMRY bank loan of Rs.87, 500 from SBI Ghaghsara (3820) in May. Till 24.1. I had paid all the dues of the bank and the balance amount was Rs.7, 053&- left. I told the then Branch Manager, Mr. J.C.Tiwari to close the account after adjusting my STDR No. 733087 of amount Rs. 7, 500&-(made on 29.5.06). He then told me that he will later adjust this amount and close this loan account. I met him many times but he always told me not to worry of its closure as he will close it very soon. But this month when I went to the branch on 7th and 8th of March, I was amazed to hear that the STDR had been cashed but the amount of STDR was not put in my account and thus an amount of Rs. 10, 200 (Approx) is due on me.& I therefore, request you to investgate the whole matter and do the following:&-lt;&br&>& 1. Adjust the amount of STDR of Rs. 7, 500&- in the above mentioned account and close it.& 2. Don'&'&t charge me the interest from 24.1.2008 to till date as it is due to the then Branch Manager, Mr. J.C.Tiwari'&'&s misdeed.& 3.Interrogate him where didd he cash the STDR of Rs. 7, 500&-mentioned above.& Youur'&'&s faithfully& Pradeep Kumar Shaw.
