i have a savings account in PNB clock tower, subzi mandi branch.
i have my account in it since my school time... they hide the proper information from users and do not convey th Proper information..
i had requested my new atm card from them..and they provided me a mitra card which is a minimal card and do not accepted at different atms.and now consumer helpline is not helping me out and even they are not giving me my cheque book as i have student account even now i have completed my schooling and is final year in college... plas help me out what should i do...
