Lost of Credit Card and PAN Card

Dear Sir,

My Name is Dilip Kumar. I lost my purse and my PAN card (BDCPK1869H) and PNB Credit card was there in it about a week ago. Request you to register a complaint so that no one can misuse cards in any way.
