1. I TRIED TO WITHDRAW RS 4000/- FROM A SYNDICATE BANK ATM USING MY PNB DEBIT CARD ON 10:37:43 ON 10 JULY. THOUGH THE SLIP DECLARED "UNABLE TO DISPENSE", THE SUM OF RS 4000/ HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
