I am Prem from mumbai. I have never found a fraudulant bank like AXIS Bank. All time I regret why did did I take axis bank credit card. I am sure you never heard that without using your credit card you have to pay bill, This heppened with me. I am having credit card number 4718 6300 0017 1032. Request you all to please go through the entire message below. It's all true that you will never believe...
I have also attached my bank account statement at the end.
It's not a story see the truth about fraudest bank of the world "Axis bank"
I would like to file a compaint with consumer court. Can anyone help me on this?

Myself Prem Shankar Pandey having credit card number 4718 6300 0017 1032. I am primary card holder had add on card with My Father name Mr. Ram Akbal Pandey. Any one person tried to do transaction of amount Rs 50, 000 from lucknow where Limit was only 20, 000 So that I receipt a call from AXIS Bank officer asking for confirmation. I told him that I am not using the card and ask to block the card.
After some days I receipt a credit card statement period (15-09 to 15-10) with following Transaction Details

Immediately I contacted to call center, They gave me a number of one of department which takes care of this type of disputes.
Mr. Rahul Mhatre Receipt the phone and after some time after verification he asked me to give written letter and committed that nothing will have to be paid. I forwarded letter to following venue

Again one call come from recovery department and one of person visited to my home dated 5th December 08 again I called to call center they confirmed that no any document they receipted and ask me to sent the document again for dispute.
So the transaction is under dispute until it confirmed, request you to not send any person to my home and disturb us. Also request you to do needful ASAP.
