Dear Sir/Madam,
My mobile number is 9762527443. Yesterday I got message from Aircel of subscription charges (Rs.20/- ) for frendz zone service. I called customer service. I told him that I didnot send any confirmation for subscription and also did not press any number when I received call. But he was not ready to refund my charges. I want Aircel should be punished for this so onwards they will not make such problems to others.
