WHERE ARE MY POLICY DOCUMENTS? POLICY NO APS-NM-45064-A Name SINGH RAKS.

Refer your letter APS-NM-45064-A/AF/APS 7D-II Dated 16 Aug.
As per this letter my above policy documents were transferred to DDM PLI Lucknow. I was also sent a confirmation about this. But Till now I have not been able to deposit further premiums. I have written thrice (On 02 Sep 28 Nov and 23 Jan through post master Post Office NAPS Bulandshahr U.P.) in this regard to DDM PLI Lucknow requesting to know the amount to be deposited by me. But I was told by his office in a telephonic coversation that My Policy documents have not been received by them. hence they could not help me.
Please help me.
