I am the son in law of Mr. Anilbhai A Chaudhari, who was expired on 23/04.

My father in law Mr. Anilbhai A. Chaudhari had taken one POSTAL LIFE ASSURANCE POLICIY from the DEPARTMENT OF POST.

Policy numbers is GJ-639882-CS Dtd 18- Dec

we have sent all the documents (original policy documents, attested copy of death certificate, claim form, and two receipt books) to the ASST.DIRECTOR, PLI, OFFICE OF THE CHIEF POST MASTER GENERAL, Ahmedabad CIRCLE, Shahibaug, GUJARAT. On 17-May through Our Loacal development Officer Mr. G.D. Prajapat, Dist;Valsad, Navsari & Dang Post Office.

My mother In law Nilaben Anilbhai Chaudhari as the nominee for the above mentioned policiy.

I have to inform you that there is no action on these claim settlement process from the Department Of Post for the last 11 months & 21 days. And there is no information about the process of the claim settlement. So I request you to take immediate action to settle this case.

I shall be thankful if you kindly settle the above mentioned claims.
