Contract dispute

My contract ends on July 30 with T-mobile on 4 lines I had with them. After I change to diffirent company they told me my contract was untill 2013. This is new to me. I know I changed my plan no one has explained to me that is going to change my contract and I did not sign any paper regarding this contract and now they asked me to pay $800.00 for early disconnection fee. This is not fare and I want this to resolved ASAP. Thank you
