Demat & trading a/c

I have DP a/c.no- 12741804 and eTrading a/c.no.- 217063 and given account closure form on 2/11 to close the both accounts paying all dues but till today they have not closed the my accounts & not transffered share with share khan account. I have submitted all necessary documents, visited so many times, so many tele. calls till today they are responding. I request you please the close the accounts & transffer the share as per our documents submitted
