Activation of Vas withot conformation

Dear Sir/Madam,

This complaint is regarding my Uninor number 8445170570. Every time i put some balance into my number, Uninor starts activating various VAS plans without my confromation. Every day VAS deducts Rs. 2-3 from the balance and on addition activates a new pack which again deducts some amount from my balance. I keep deactivating the services, but again they are activated. I am really fed up with this.

Kindly, please help me out in this situation.
