Hi,
I have done the complete payment of my credit card and surrendered the card enhancement pack as well as my credit card
Still amount of Rs.3401.09 is being levied on my Instabuys Classic Card #9356500807157672. This was the card enhancement pack which I have surrendered with all the dues clear.
My credit card number is: 5546232902596062
When I have done the complete payment and surrendered my card why are the unnecessary charges being levied on me.
I am not willing to do a further payment to Standard Chartered because each time they keep imposing unnecessary charges.
I have registered a complaint with the Standard Chartered Bank but they are asking me to do the payment. The complaint reference number is: Ref: 12/12/039492/SP/CRD
It's a humble request Can you please resolve this complaint as soon as possible, as this thing is annoying me a lot?
