Alance deduction

Sir,

my mob. no. is 9200160532 (aircel), sunil rajput... on 18/05 at 10 am rs 10/- is deduct from my balance & i have received an msg that i got subscribed to bollywood pack sucessfully for 10 day... & after 5 minutes i have got an another msg that i successfully unsubscribed from bollywood pack...

when i call to their customer care, the call has been disconnect two times without giving the proper solution...

i need my balance refund.. plz take some action...
