Un wanted balance deducted

Hi my name is kamaraj and my no is 8015390185. 8 rs deducted in number on 1-jan. I am using 20 Rs gprs pack in my number and i have gprs balance and validity. i called to customer executive and asked about this he said that on 1-jan charge for data usage like sms tariff and he cant return back the amount and cuted the call.
