Deduction of balance without giving information

Im using tata docomo from last year august 22.

from dat time this is the fourth deduction done by tata docomo. till now it has deduced over 250 rupees from my account and refunded only 20rs back.

my frend is using airtel, he asked me how is internet charges on docomo, if its cheaper i will switch to docomo.

for checkin the value of gprs pack, i dialled *191# (because i got earlier texts from docomo that dial *191# for ur special offers) as i dialled dis no, i got to know that

" the given amounts will be deducted from ur balance

1.16 rs sms pack

2.33rs gprs pack

3.149rs gprs pack"

i thought validity will be provided if u press any option, after that only ur balance will be deducted. but as i dialled 3, then 149rs were deducted from my balance. i got the msg later ur validity is one month. my intention was to know about offer but tata docomo deducted the full balance. then i tried to talk wid customer care but they were not answerin me. after 1hour they picked up call and told me, sorry its ur fault u r using tata docomo. we will deduct ur balance. we have to run our business. no right to information act will be given. do what u can... all i can do for u is give u email id..u email ur complain we will not refund you.

was this all justified...? please help me guys... wat if u r not provided with full info and ur balance is deducted with a service ur mobile does not support... im a student of govt. stanley medical college chennai.
