Leanout my fd

Dear sir

I am heaving my account in BOISAR branch at Maharashtra & I am heaving sbi credit card no 4006 6761 7421 0263 which is already deactivated but my FD is blocked by Gurgaon branch office. So please lean out the said FD so I can withdraw it. I have also complained at customer care which ref. no. is 0120050017964 .
