Over limit fees

Dear Sir,

I am regular user of SBI credit card.

I regularly pay MAD or more than that every month.

But, they have charged me over limit fees in the statement generated on 17/12.

Kindly instruct them to reverse over limit fees of INR 500 so that it can reflect in statement going to generate on 17/01 .

I shall be thankful to you for this.
