False Promises and Delay in Resolution

Dear Sir,

I was offered an upgrade to my existing HDFC Credit Card to Superia HDFC Credit Card along with a welcome letter stating that a return ticket would be given wherein the base fare would be exempted. But i was not given the same and after months of follow up and re submission of their own welcome letter, they had send me the coupon code.

But that coupon code never worked and i was unable to use the same. Subsequently i informed the bank again and the same process of follow up started. As per my conversation on 23rd of Dec' i was told that a new coupon code will be issued to me again.

But till date they have not issued the same.

With deep regret i would like to say that the service has been very very poor and very harassing with no resolution till date since the new card was issued to me in april.

Expect a quick quick resolution regarding this issue.
