My name is AMIT GUPTA and i was working IDBI BANK (IDBI INTECH) as a Sales Executive in BHIVANDI THANE Branch. My OB586012 .
I submitted our PF WITHDRAW FORM IN OUR COMPANY FORMAT & DETAILS for my Provident Fund after 03 months from the date of resign, but till now IDBI INTECH didn't give my P.F.
I regularly call in idbi bank or idbi intech but there no response comes out.
Sir kindly favor me and get my P.F. please tell me, its urgent.
IF YOU DO NOT GIVE ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE TILL ONE MONTH THAN I WILL TAKE ANY NECESSARY ACTION THROUGH COURT .
