I am receiving unwanted messages from last 3 to 4 months. I have started up DO NOT DISTERBED system on 16/12 (ref. No. W1015178994) in my mobile (9898418810), service provider is airtel group, but this system found helpless. Then after I complaint about this matter in costumer care for many times 1) the service request No. is 30957947, & they gave surety to resolve the problem on or before 26/Feb but no improvement.
Then I complaint again, 2) the service request No. is 31320015, & they gave surety to resolve the problem on or before 22/Mar but no improvement.
I am very unsatisfied with the answer of the costumer care, & service from them.
