Unnecessary balance deduction, no redressal

Every month or 2 my prepaid balance gets deducted by Airtel for no reason.. it subscribes my number to services I never asked or intended to subscribe and charge Rs. 20-50 occasionally.. I had to call the customer care around 5 times to get this stopped. Today I was using my home's WiFi network to surf the internet and Airtel live charged me Rs 20 for browsing when it had nothing to do with Airtel.. I clearly defined my access point as my home wifi network..I had to make 4 calls to make these so called customer care helpers understand the problem (some not responding at all and some don't know any solutions but keep saying irrelevant things) and I somehow got to speak to a higher authority.. while I was speaking the call got disconnected as Airtel charges even to speak to its own customer grievance cell, and 50 paise kept being charged for every call I made.. This may be the zillionth time I called their customer care due to some or the other problem of their own.. I've never had to bother complaining to service providers like Tata Docomo or Idea for anything at all.. How long can you just let a company run like this cheating prepaid customers and not addressing their problems?
